LMI is providing emergency relief to Venezuela following two recent earthquakes that have caused catastrophic loss of life and property.

Urgent funds are needed to deliver essential support including food, clean water, baby supplies, and other critical items while also helping families rebuild and recover.

13,000 Venezuelans are now without a home.

As always, 100% of the funds donated to Venezuela Relief will be used to support people in need.

The 10-acre ranch near Lindale, Texas that LMI has been renting is now for sale. The asking price is $1,050,000. LMI has until the end of August, 2026 to complete the purchase. To date, over $600,000 has been raised. We desire a permanent headquarters to insure a place of growth and stability for the ministry. Prayers are appreciated. 

LMI provides humanitarian aid in times of disaster and offers spiritual assistance and hope in Jesus’ name. Teams and relief are sent across the US as well as around the globe. 

LMI has an annual day camp for teenagers called Camp Impact, where kids come together to learn, grow, build community and to serve neighbors in need. 

Throughout the year, we also host monthly IMPACT nights for youth and also for young adults. Both groups engage in quarterly serve days alongside LMI staff to serve widow, elderly and others facing challenges in East Texas. 

At LMI, we believe in investing in the next generation and we love training tomorrow’s leaders to serve with compassion and make a lasting impact in their communities and beyond.

Through LMI partnerships, six sewing schools in various developing nations provide free training for women in need,often young widows, equipping them with marketable skills so they can provide for themselves and their children.

LMI also provides start-up capital for small businesses for vulnerable women, helping them create sustainable sources of income to build brighter futures.

Both initiatives help women escape prostitution and human trafficking and in some cases preventing them from becoming victims in the first place.

Every 4 th morning, LMI hosts a gathering of East Texas
youth, 6 pm – 8:30 pm. Come build community, a
stronger relationship with Christ and learn from LMI
staff. Kids come from Tyler, Lindale, Van, Mineola,
Canton, Mt. Pleasant, etc. We enjoy a meal together and have times of worship, Bible study, small groups, games, etc.

On the Second Saturday of every month, young adults
come to LMI for a meal and Bible study. Ages 18-30 come to explore the Bible together, learn and grow spiritually and build friendships.

Once a quarter, teenagers and adults come together to
serve people in our local community. This might include doing yard work or other practical work for a widow or elderly people, visiting residents in a nursing home, assisting a local food bank, etc.

LMI takes groups of staff and volunteers to various places
to serve people in need, both in the US and abroad.
These teams are often part of LMI’s relief response or
they could be a part of visiting or initiating a sewing
school or small businesses in developing nations.
