On August 26, 2026, part of a glacier along the China-Nepal border collapsed, sending a 300-foot wall of water racing through the valley at speeds of up to 105 mph. In just moments, 16 villages were devastated.

To date, more than 1,250 people have lost their lives, and 4,216 remain missing. Among the survivors are countless children who have lost one or both parents and are now facing an uncertain future.
The Lord has opened a door for Love Mercy International to respond. Through our trusted local partners who are already on the ground, we can provide these children and many others affected by this disaster with urgent necessities such as food, clean water, clothing, shelter, and other critical supplies.

We have a permanent home!
On August 31st, we closed on this 10-acre property that has become the heart of our ministry over the last 18 months. We stand in awe at what the Lord has done! We can now put down roots to provide a foundation for growth.

Disaster Relief
LMI provides humanitarian aid in times of disaster and offers spiritual assistance and hope in Jesus’ name. Teams and relief are sent across the US as well as around the globe.
Impacting Kids Across
East Texas
LMI has an annual day camp for teenagers called Camp Impact, where kids come together to learn, grow, build community and to serve neighbors in need.
Throughout the year, we also host monthly IMPACT nights for youth and also for young adults. Both groups engage in quarterly serve days alongside LMI staff to serve widow, elderly and others facing challenges in East Texas.
At LMI, we believe in investing in the next generation and we love training tomorrow’s leaders to serve with compassion and make a lasting impact in their communities and beyond.

Bright Hope Enterprises
Through LMI partnerships, six sewing schools in various developing nations provide free training for women in need,often young widows, equipping them with marketable skills so they can provide for themselves and their children.
LMI also provides start-up capital for small businesses for vulnerable women, helping them create sustainable sources of income to build brighter futures.
Both initiatives help women escape prostitution and human trafficking and in some cases preventing them from becoming victims in the first place.
