Poverty Alleviation
People in developing nations often say that their greatest need isn't food, shelter, or even healthcare—their greatest need is employment.
In many developing nations, women face desperate circumstances—some are forced into prostitution, trapped by sex trafficking, or exploited by loan sharks just to provide for their children. LMI is changing that reality. We've helped women start small businesses in three countries and launched sewing schools in two. With a gift of $200, you can empower a woman to start a business and support her family. Or, for the same amount, you can provide a sewing machine to a graduate of our sewing program—giving her the tools she needs to earn a living and reclaim her dignity.
Local Outreach
We care deeply about the needs of our local community—especially the elderly, widows, and those unable to care for themselves. At the same time, we’re passionate about cultivating a heart of mercy in the next generation.
Today’s young people face a challenging world marked by anxiety, depression, self-harm, and even suicidal thoughts. But we believe that serving others is a powerful antidote to loneliness and isolation.
That’s why LMI is hosting events specifically designed to bring hope and healing to Gen Z. Through discipleship classes, community outreach, and a life-changing summer camp, we’re helping young people rediscover their God-given value, strengthen their faith, and form lasting connections—with Jesus and with one another.

Relief & Refugees
In times of crisis, LMI swiftly mobilizes Relief Teams and essential resources to bring hope and healing in Jesus’ name. Our dedicated volunteers provide critical aid to those impacted by hurricanes, wildfires, tornadoes, floods, and other disasters.
When refugees are forced to flee their homes due to conflict, natural disaster, or persecution, they face an uncertain and often overwhelming future. Uprooted from their communities, they struggle to find safety, food, and shelter in unfamiliar places.
LMI responds by sending teams of compassion to support and comfort refugees. We help provide ongoing access to shelter, food, clothing, and the hope found in Christ.
