Debbie Lascelles founded Love Mercy International in 2023 with a vision to bring hope and healing to people in need — both globally and within our local community.
For 25 years prior, Debbie founded and directed MercyWorks, a ministry of YWAM Tyler, Texas, serving in more than 60 countries through disaster response, refugee care, and medical relief efforts.

As she witnessed a growing crisis among youth and vulnerable communities, Debbie felt called to pioneer Love Mercy International — a ministry rooted locally with a heart that reaches globally.
Her passion remains the same: to meet practical needs and share the hope of Jesus, bringing relief, restoration, and the love of Christ wherever God opens the door.
